RETURN CONDITIONS
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- Original tags must still be attached.
- Initial shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. You may exchange these items for another product or request store credit.
- 1+1 Deals: If you purchased a 1+1 deal, both items must be returned together to receive a refund. If you return only one of the two items, we can offer an exchange (e.g., a different size or color of the same product) for that single returned item. Store credit or refunds are not available for partial returns on 1+1 deals. If you only wish to exchange one item from the set, please return that item and keep the other.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Costs may vary based on your location and chosen courier. For initial orders, our standard worldwide shipping rate is $12.00, and express worldwide shipping is $30.00. Please note that return shipping fees are not covered by DREY company.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
- Exchanges: Once you contact us to initiate an exchange, we will begin processing upon receiving your request. We strive to complete exchanges within a few days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refunds & Other Returns: Once we receive your returned package, we will process it within 10 business days. After issuing your refund, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
